The Plaza / Palmerston North

Overview
Expansion of The Plaza from 15,000m2 GFA to 26,000m2 and provision of multi-deck car parking. Multiple consents were required including one for the redevelopment of the historic Club Hotel. Following the Christchurch earthquakes, strengthening works were required which saw the heritage fa├žade being retained and a new building developed behind.
