Marne holds a Bachelor of Environmental Planning (Science and Environment) from the University of Waikato and began her career at Waipā District Council before joining Barker & Associates in 2023.
Marne works across a broad range of complex residential, commercial, industrial, subdivision and rural land use projects throughout New Zealand. She is skilled at bringing together technical specialist teams and navigating complex consenting processes to achieve practical, timely outcomes for clients. Marne also has experience supporting Council hearing processes, including the preparation of planning evidence.
Marne is an Intermediate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI).
