Overview
The project involved the electrification of Auckland’s rail network between Papakura and Swanson. Works included more than 75 track kilometres of conductors supported by more than 3000 masts. Approvals included outline plans of work, alterations to designations, resource consents, and authorities from Heritage NZ.
