Overview
Redevelopment of the entire Downtown block featuring new flagship retail stores and food and beverage activities. The project also involved the development of a new office tower on the corner of Customs Street and Albert Street. Below ground, the basement includes the twin rail tunnels coming out of the Britomart Transport Centre as the start of Auckland Transport’s City Rail Link.
