Five Mile / Queenstown
Overview
Five Mile is a 28,000m2 GFA centre incorporating retail, food and beverage, visitor accommodation, childcare, and commercial activities. Located at Frankton Flats with the Remarkables as a back drop, the site was known as “Hendo’s Hole” in reference to the large excavated basement from an earlier scheme that was a feature of the site for many years.
