Napier District Plan Review
SECTOR LOCATION B&A have been involved in the Napier District Plan review since 2022. This has involved undertaking NPS-UD accessibility analysis, options analysis, plan drafting and S32 reporting, governance reporting and S42A preparation, and hearing attendance.
Napier & Hastings Future Development Strategy
SECTOR LOCATION B&A were the lead planning and design consultants for the Napier Hastings FDS 2025 – 2055. This involved strategic spatial analysis, identification of growth options, community and stakeholder consultation and engagement, project management, evidence preparation, hearing attendance, and support with governance relationships.
