B&A were engaged by Kaipara District Council in 2019 to process a private plan change on their behalf in Mangawhai. The private plan change sought a significant rezoning request to increase housing development within the coastal settlement. This project included assistance with notification, summarising submissions, project managing a team of multi-disciplinary consultants and presenting evidence at a hearing on behalf of KDC.
