Oro 17 was a one day music festival held on 8 April 2017 at Te Ngahere o Woodhill (Woodhill Forest) and hosted by Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara Ngahere Ltd. The festival required resource consents under the temporary activity rules in the Auckland Unitary Plan and negotiations with neighbouring properties to obtain written approvals.
