Alex holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland and has been part of the B&A team since 2021. During his time at B&A Alex has gained broad experience across a wide range of planning projects. Project highlights include providing in-house strategic planning advice to Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei while on secondment, securing consents for affordable housing across Aotearoa through Kāinga Ora’s Housing Delivery System, and progressing the Kings Quarry Expansion under the Fast-Track Consenting regime. Alongside his project work, Alex is passionate about advancing B&A’s broader objectives, including embedding te ao Māori perspectives, harnessing AI innovation, and contributing to the company’s social goals.
