Ashleigh Wharam

Ashleigh has been working in planning and resource management since completing her MSc in early 2014. She has experience in both the public and private sectors. She has vast experience working on land development projects of various scales, including land use, subdivision and fast track consent applications, submissions on plan changes, and due diligence advice. She has also processed resource consents on behalf of local authorities. Her experience extends across all stages of a project from initiation, design, lodgement, and compliance. Ashleigh is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
