Charlotte MacDonald

Charlotte brings over eight years of experience working in planning consultancies across Australia and New Zealand.

With a strong foundation in both statutory and policy planning, she is well-equipped to assist at every stage of the planning process. Charlotte has prepared plan changes for councils and private developers, processed resource consents for local authorities, and has extensive experience in preparing both regional and land-use consents for notified and non-notified applications. She has a particular interest in large-scale, complex consenting projects that require a collaborative approach.

Charlotte has been a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute since 2023.
