Jarette is an experienced planner with expertise in strategic planning, master planning, resource consenting, and the delivery of complex residential developments. She has worked across the public and private sectors on district plan reviews, the Auckland Unitary Plan, Special Housing Areas, and large-scale urban development projects throughout New Zealand.
Prior to joining B&A, Jarette built significant experience in a leadership role with a residential developer. She led the planning, design, and management of projects from land acquisition and feasibility through to consenting, construction and sales. This experience gives her a strong understanding of the commercial, technical, and regulatory considerations of development and enables her to provide practical, solution-focused planning advice that balances planning outcomes with project viability and successful delivery.
Jarette has a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Science and Bachelor of Science (Biology) and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degrees from the University of Auckland.
