Kasey holds a Bachelor of Planning (hons) from the University of Auckland and has worked across development, policy, and strategic planning projects in the public and private sector. Her experience includes consenting for complex residential, commercial, and rural projects, the preparation of private plan change requests, policy analysis, and district plan review and drafting.
Kasey is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
