Magdalena Regnault

Magdalena has over three years of local government experience, working as an Intermediate Planner in the Resource Consents Team at Wellington City Council. Magdalena is well practised in managing resource consent applications and has worked on a large variety of projects, including multi-unit developments, large scale social housing for Kainga Ora, Notices of Requirement, and re-developments of central area sites, as well as general residential land use and subdivision. Prior to taking up a resource consenting role, Magdalena worked as a Planning Technician for the Council’s Compliance Team while completing her studies.

Magdalena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Planning from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Geography and Cultural Anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington. Magdalena is also an Associate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
