Olivia Edwards

Olivia joined the team at B&A as a planning consultant after relocating to Wellington at the beginning of 2023.

Olivia completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Environmental management from the University of Otago in 2021 and has since gained experience working in property development consulting based in Christchurch. Olivia’s experience includes the preparation of various resource consent applications in many cities across New Zealand, and she has also worked assisting local governments in outsourcing consent processing. Olivia has worked on numerous multi-unit residential and commercial developments, subdivisions of varying scales, and rural lifestyle projects as well as assisting with larger company projects. Olivia’s range of experience as a recent graduate ensures she is well equipped to successfully deliver projects for clients.
