Olivia Stirling
Olivia is experienced in managing a wide range of notified and non-notified resource consent applications including large-scale land use development, proposals with heritage significance, intensive subdivision, and development within outstanding natural landscapes. Through previous local government roles, Olivia has had involvement with spatial planning projects, plan changes and policy implementation. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Geography and Sociology from the University of Canterbury and a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning from Massey University. Olivia is an active member of the New Zealand Planning Institute as a Committee member and the Emerging Planner Representative for the Central Otago branch.
