Paul completed his planning studies at the University of Waikato in 2023. Since then, he has worked at Napier City Council and Auckland Council, where he provided both planning and pre-application advice. In addition to this, he processed a wide array of resource consent applications, ranging from subdivision to rural and residential land use.
