Rose Selby

Rose graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Environmental Management and Marketing Management. She joined B&A in 2025, bringing strong experience in planning and environmental disciplines.

Rose has contributed to a diverse range of projects across New Zealand, including land use development, regional consenting, and infrastructure planning. She is an associate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
