Ruth Evans

Ruth has over 15 years of experience as a planner working in New Zealand and Australia for public and private sector organisations. Ruth works on strategic, policy, and consenting projects. She has experience in all stages of the RMA plan-making process, from scoping through to preparation and presentation of expert evidence, and has represented both councils and submitters at hearings. Ruth has experience in spatial planning, and also prepares and manages resource consent applications for clients, as well as processing resource consents for councils. Ruth holds a Master of Regional and Resource Planning and Bachelor of Arts from Otago University and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
