Simone Williams

Simone joined B&A in 2022 as a Senior Planner. Simone has 12 Years’ experience as a Planner working in both the private and public sectors. She has a wide range of statutory planning experience, particularly in the preparation and processing of resource consent applications for development and subdivision within all zones. Simone holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Resource Studies and a Bachelor of Environmental Management and Planning both from Lincoln University. She is presently an Intermediate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
