During his studies, Tom joined B&A in November 2022 as a planning assistant before taking up a full-time role in November 2024 after completing a Master of Disaster Risk and Resilience at the University of Canterbury. Tom’s experience includes preparation and processing of resource consents of various scales and scopes throughout the country.
