Ascot Park, Darfield

We led the planning and consenting work for Torlesse Estate — a new residential neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Darfield. Our services included securing the necessary subdivision and land use consents to enable the creation of over 220 residential lots, along with supporting infrastructure such as new roads, stormwater management, and utility connections.
As part of the project, we successfully rezoned a portion of the site from industrial to residential zoning through the Selwyn District Plan Review, enabling a more cohesive and efficient residential development outcome.
