Five Mile

Land use consent to establish a new commercial building in the south-eastern corner of the Five Mile development, known as ‘Building 8’. Building 8 was approved to be five storeys in height, and comprise a mix of retail and food and beverage activities at ground floor, with four storeys of office use above. At ground level, two outdoor areas were provided for use by the food and beverage tenancy, including a large fireplace with outdoor seating, which will be enclosed by a low stone or board marked wall and planter boxes.
