B&A played a key role in Plan Change 17, which involved the rezoning and consenting of approximately 15 hectares of rural-zoned land to Industrial in Hautapu, Cambridge. Working alongside our client, Kama Trust, we initiated the plan change before it was adopted by Waipā District Council during the process. The area is now live-zoned, with subdivision consent subsequently approved. The plan change addressed a significant shortfall in the availability of industrial land within Cambridge and the wider Waipā District.
