Marsden City Plan Change

B&A has assisted Marsden City Limited Partnerships since 2017 with their landholdings at Marsden City.

This has involved applying for and obtaining a private plan change to rezone the land through to providing planning advice and applying for resource consents to enable the development of a new Town Centre south of Whangārei supported by complimentary residential and commercial uses.
