New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC)

B&A led planning and secured the necessary consents for the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) and adjoining Horizon Hotel. The NZICC encompasses most of a city block and includes 32,500m² of floor space and will be capable of accommodating over 3,000 conference delegates and up to 4,500 people for one-off events.

The project also includes a large basement parking structure, pedestrian overbridge over Hobson Street, streetscape upgrades and a new pedestrian laneway.
