Puriri Park – Kāinga Ora Development

B&A provided planning advice and obtained resource consents for a key project of Kāinga Ora’s build programme in Whangārei. The project delivered 37 new homes alongside a multipurpose community room with shared kitchen and terrace which provides a focal point adjacent to the park and fosters community connections.
