Resido, Sylvia Park

B&A led the planning for Resido, one the earliest and largest build-to-rent projects in New Zealand. The development, by Kiwi Property, forms part of their wider strategy to developed Sylvia Park into a mixed-use destination and provides 295 apartments as long-term rentals across three residential buildings up to 12-storeys high, located around a central communal open plaza and resident’s pavilion.

B&A has also led the planning for the adjacent development at Sylvia Park which has included over 72,000m² of retail floorspace, a dining precinct, and rail station.
