B&A led a comprehensive planning and design for a zoned greenfield industrial development in Hamilton. Strategically located adjacent to the Waikato Expressway and within the wider Ruakura Structure Plan area, this 13ha industrial development has balanced market led industrial lot requirements with a higher amenity zoning that supports more integrated landscape and infrastructure outcomes. Our local team lead the preparation of all enabling consents for land development (including earthworks, associated infrastructure, roading connections), all subdivision consents, whilst in parallel obtaining site specific land use consents for a diverse range of industrial activities to bring to life this 13ha industrial development.
