Taylor Street Residential

B&A obtained resource consent for a high-density residential development opposite Cambridge High School and the Cambridge green belt. Designed by Christopher Beer Architects, the project replaced a single dwelling with five modern family homes. Completed in 2022, it received a Housing Award in the 2023 NZ Institute of Architects Waikato/BOP Awards and was one of the first developments in Cambridge to utilise the ‘Compact Housing’ provisions of the Waipa District Plan (since replaced by the MDRS).
