Waitara Spatial Plan (Tiritiri o Matangi)

B&A were engaged to co-design a 30+ year spatial plan for Waitara in partnership with Hapū. The plan provides a holistic, long-term vision for land use, infrastructure, and community development, guiding future growth, investment, and decision-making. It clearly maps the intended mix and location of residential, rural, and business areas, alongside supporting infrastructure, while addressing environmental constraints.
