Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct

B&A led planning and engagement on Precinct Properties’ Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct. This included securing all statutory approvals and navigating the project through Eke Panuku’s Technical Advisory Group (TAG) process.

The precinct spans over more than one hectare of former industrial land and consists of 48,000m² of premium office space across five separate buildings. Development has occurred progressively in stages over the past 10 years. B&A has been involved throughout the duration of the build out ensuring the necessary approvals were obtained in a timely manner.
