The B&A team left their desks and pulled on their gumboots to take part in a planting day at the Takahiwai Marae with Whitebait Connection, Patuharakeke Te Iwi Trust Board, Uri/Landowners of Paki and Maki Pirihi, David Lourie and the members of the local community. The team got together and planted 1200 native trees along the Takahiwai Stream as part of this mauri restoring riparian planting.
It’s a great initiative organised by the Whitebait Connection which the B&A team were proud to support, be a part of and make a difference to our environment at the grassroots level.
