Located within the Beachlands New Avenues Structure Plan area, Barker & Associates were involved with the staged residential subdivision to create 100 fee simple lots with roads to vest, the establishment of temporary stormwater ponds, bulk earthworks, as well as the provision of public and temporary network utility services.
