The Plaza / Palmerston North
Overview
Expansion of The Plaza from 15,000m2 GFA to 26,000m2 and provision of multi-deck car parking. Multiple consents were required including one for the redevelopment of the historic Club Hotel. Following the Christchurch earthquakes, strengthening works were required which saw the heritage façade being retained and a new building developed behind.
