Overview
Subdivision consent application to create 168 vacant residential lots, including provision for affordable homes on the superlots. The subdivision included provision for a future strategic arterial road link between Manukau and Drury, as well as the creation of stormwater reserve areas and a large 5,000m2 neighbourhood reserve. The project was consented under the Takanini Strategic Housing Area under the HASHAA legislation.
