SECTOR LOCATION B&A obtained resource consent for a new McDonald’s drive-through restaurant in an industrial zone access from State Highway 2. This included ongoing consultation with NZTA to enable this activity gaining access from the state highway.
Bunnings Cameron Road
SECTOR LOCATION B&A obtained resource consent to convert an existing warehouse building into a new Bunnings Warehouse. This included ongoing collaboration with Tauranga City Council as the plans evolved following the Covid lockdowns.
Cameron Road, Greerton
SECTOR LOCATION B&A obtained resource consent for Kainga Ora to develop five residential units on land prior to the intensification housing plan change being made operative. This involved working with Tauranga City Council’s planning team to achieve this density during that phase in the plan change process.
