Drifter Hotel, Cambridge Terrace

Located upon Wellington’s bustling Cambridge Terrace, B&A worked with Drifter to obtain resource consent for sesimic upgrades and refurbishment of the existing heritage building to provide for up-market hostel accomodation. The proposal provides for the on-going use of an existing, unoccupied heritage building and will improve the resilience and longevity of the building by bringing it up to 70% NBS. The proposal also included comprehensive development signage to provide for tenant branding and improve wayfinding.
