Kenepuru Central Precinct

B&A obtain resource consent in 2025 for the Kenepuru Central Precicnt project on behalf of the applicant Toa Developments Limited, who are progressing the delivery of Kenepuru Landings as a solo venture. The development involves four key aspects, public open space including a reserve, play space and basketball court, a superette to service the needs of the growing community, an early childhood centre to support new whānau to the area and a three story apartment building to provide more housing choice in the area, including for providing an option for kaumatua outside of the local retirement village.
