Metlifecare – Karori

Representing one of the Fast-Track projects B&A have recently undertaken, Metlifecare Karori sought B&A’s guidance to obtain resource consent for the redevelopment of the site. The Karori Village includes four new buildings which provide 80 independent living units, various amenities for staff and residents, in addition to 55 care rooms. The village will provide convenient and accessible retirement living options within the Karori residential area which will enable retirees to live as independently as possible for as long as possible, while being socially connected with their peers and family.
