Seaton Valley Road, Māpua

B&A obtained resource consent in 2025 for a 40-lot subdivision comprising of 33 residential allotments, a reserve allotment and two access allotments along Seaton Valley Road, Mapua. The site is zoned rural and is subject to the deferred residential notation. By meeting the servicing requirements and managing development in accordance with the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management, B&A were able to successfully navigate the consenting process to bring forward urbanisation of the site. B&A are now in the process of obtaining resource consent for a further 72 allotments at the site.
