Tara Ika Subdivision

Tara Ika represents a significant piece of work undertaken by B&A, managing the consenting process for the project. Following the adoption of their growth strategy by Horowhenua District Council, the council approached the existing landowners to develop the area under Tara-Ika Masterplan, as to accomodate the rapid growth occuring. The project is comprised of a 202-lot subdivision, including 188 residential allotments, 2 reserves, and the provision of roading and infrastrucuture.
