Elm Apartments

B&A led the planning for the Elm Apartments, a luxury apartment building featuring 15 individual units along with a communal swimming pool complex that incorporates a cabana and outdoor kitchen facilities.

The building extends up five-storeys and its position on the northern slopes of Remuera affords expansive views of Auckland’s Eastern Bays and the Ōrākei Basin.
