Drury Urban Development

Since 2016, B&A has led the strategic planning, resource consenting, urban design and engagement support for a range of landowners to facilitate the development of a new metropolitan centre and residential neighbourhoods in Drury. This has included development of a Structure Plan, several Private Plan Changes, resource consents, approvals under various incarnations of Fast Track legislation and extensive engagement with local mana whenua. Development of the land along with the upgrades to supporting infrastructure, including the new Drury Rail Station, commenced in 2023 and will eventually see a new community the size of Napier.
