Horizons Regional Spatial Planning

B&A were engaged to assist the Horizons region with a pre-spatial planning process. This involved undertaking a comprehensive gap analysis of all data sets and information held by each council in the region to identify critical gaps in the information evidence base required to prepare a regional spatial strategy.
