Te Kiwi Māia Charitable Trust

Te Kiwi Māia Charitable Trust require a new purpose-built facility to provide services for the physical, psychological, and emotional rehabilitation, recovery and care of their people who have committed their lives to New Zealand, to enable them to continue healthy, positive lives.

The facility will run 6-10 day programmes focussed on the wellness and healthcare of staff and whānau of NZDF personnel and first responders.

B&A led the planning for resource consent on behalf of Te Kiwi Māia. Resource consents from Northland Regional Council and Kaipara District Council were obtained on a non-notified basis.
