Mangawhai Hills College

With Mangawhai being the fastest growing settlement in Kaipara, B&A were engaged to obtain a resource consent for a new independent secondary school. Mangawhai Education Trust sought to construct and operate a secondary school to deliver education services to the Mangawhai community on a not-for-profit basis. Resource consent was staged to enable immediate construction two buildings for up to 40 students in 2025. Stages 2 – 4 were also consented to accommodate a longer term roll size of up to 120 students.

B&A led the planning for resource consent on behalf of Mangawhai Education Trust. Resource consents from Northland Regional Council and Kaipara District Council were obtained on a non-notified basis.
