B&A has been involved in over 250 resource consent applications to develop several thousand homes across the country for Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities.
These have included projects ranging in size from just a few dwellings to well over 100 dwellings in a mixture of standalone, terraced, and apartment typologies.
Some examples include master-planned redevelopment projects in the neighbourhoods of Roskill South, Māngere, Aorere, and Oranga, Auckland which involved consenting up to several hundred homes in each neighbourhood, as well as standalone development sites throughout the country.
This work requires diligent management of the project teams including facilitating collaboration and coordination across consultants, setting programmes, managing consultation with councils and other key stakeholders, and preparing resource consent applications.
