B&A were engaged by Wellsford Welding Club Limited to prepare a Structure Plan and Neighbourhood Design Statement to support a private plan change request to rezone approximately 70Ha of Future Urban zoned land to a mixture of residential and business zones. Working closely with range of other experts including ecologists, stormwater and civil engineers and planners, B&A’s urban design team developed the Structure Plan to respond to the site’s topography to enable up to 800 new homes, a small commercial centre, open spaces and extensive areas of riparian enhancement.
