Matt Norwell
Matt completed his Bachelor of Planning degree (Auckland) in 1992 and took up positions with Rodney District Council and the Auckland Regional Council. In 1995 he moved to Connell Wagner before joining B&A in 1997. Matt has been a director since 2002 and has been a full member of the NZ Planning Institute since 1998.
